Breaking News

Every morning, I’ll open my feeder and browse through all the news headers before I start working. Yes it has become one of my habits and I can proudly say that I go through a few hundreds of them every morning. And I found out that I can actually read around 5-10 headers in one second and I will only click on them if its keyword attracted me.

Ok, so it’s proven that I’m actually aware of things which happen around the world and so I would like to share some unusual things which are happening now.

50 students attack teachers

“Two groups of about 50 students launched the attack on the teachers at about 8am, just as they were celebrating Teachers Day with 1,300 students. They fired stones using catapults and threw sticks and pieces of wood at several classrooms.”

Well I can’t help but keep on laughing while I was reading that because the first thing that came in my mind was Lord of the Rings. Well I think there must be a commander in that group who leads and tell them “It is time to show them that we hate homework. This is our fight!!” and follow by “Hold!!, Load!! Fire!!” and stones can be seen raining from the sky.

It’s a leak

Well if you are a Malaysian, this word actually has another meaning recently. It’s about 2 members of the parliament giving creative remark on ‘water’ leaking. And bravo, they even make it to Youtube, one of the best video sharing website. It’s so cool to be a politician because you can deny anything that you said even if you were caught on video and you can even retract you apology. And when you can take back words which have been said, it sounds something like this to me in another situation: “No, I want to take back the word thank you from you because I somehow realized that you didn’t help me at all”. That’s… very generous…

I want to be James Bond

If you still remember our little ambition when we were small, most of us want to be doctors, lawyers, policemen, teachers or even Bill Gates. But those were classics because being doctors or lawyers isn’t cool anymore. In
Canada, there is a new hot job in town, where everyone wants to be a spy. Yeah, being a spy is so cool because no one really knows what you are doing for a living and so you can be anyone you want

Good girl

Next time when I have kids and when they ask “Dad, can I stay alone at home while you are at work? It’s ok, I’ll promise I’ll take good care of myself”. And I’ll smile to him and say “Sure son, bye~”.

“Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father’s room and grabbed his 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun.”

I’ll shoot myself

It’s not unusual anymore if you hear people threatening others in the movie anymore like this: “Hand me the money, or I’ll blow my head off”

“A man cut off his penis with a knife in a packed London restaurant.”

Where do you live?

This is a very common question but do not be surprised if you get unusual answer for this.

“It’s cheaper than a hotel, offers access to the Internet and hundreds of Manga comic books, and even has a microwave and a shower where he can wash in the morning before heading off to one of his temporary jobs ranging from cleaning to basic office work.” Japanese find sleep and shelter in cyber cafes

Look who’s talking

Yes, privacy is intruded today because cameras are everywhere, and even your computer can be hacked and all your online activities can be traced. And if you think you are safe at home, think again.

“A devastated Englishman learned the horrible truth that his girlfriend was cheating on him – straight from his pet parrot’s mouth.”
